The Elucidate leadership understands how complex the world is—because we’ve helped shape it. Our founding principal officer brings over two decades of public service across defense, diplomacy, and international development, leading enterprise risk, organizational finance, and strategic coordination for the United States military and public/private institutions.
With a degree in Accounting from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University, and master’s degrees in Finance (Webster University) and Public Administration (Syracuse University), our founder blends technical precision with mission-driven leadership. He was a founding team member of the successful KIPP charter school in Charlotte, NC, and served as a managing consultant with Accenture in Reston, VA prior to a successful career in international development.
Elucidate, LLC was born from this foundation—pivoting from global development to IT management consulting with a clear mission: to empower agencies and enterprises with adaptive, evidence-based solutions to help better shape and enrich the lives of the world we live in. As a certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), we are proud to serve those who serve, offering clarity in complexity and resilience in uncertainty. Our principal officer continues to expand Elucidate’s capabilities through continuing education in server and cloud administration via the Microsoft Software & Systems Academy (MSSA), and through graduate study in Artificial Intelligence and Data Analytics at SUNY Albany’s MSIS program—ensuring our solutions remain current, secure, and strategically aligned with globally accepted and ethical modernization priorities.
